Houses in the Smolyan Region

Smolyan region is famous for its unique beauty, combining one of the best panoramic views of Rhodopi mountain, the charm of its unforgettable lakes and the strategic location near Pamporovo ski resort, the future ski centre "Perelik" , the historic town of Chepelare and the numerous tourisitc sites in the region. The "Lake" Settlement
The terrain of the residential complex is with total surface of 1674sq.m. and is on the beach of the first lake of the famous for its unique beauty Smolyan Lakes. Its altitude is about 1200m above the sea leve;, and the average inclination of the terrain is about 30% and 10% in south direction.
Just right by the settlement there is open swimming pool. Everywhere around the place there are pine woods, and the panoramic view to south, east and west is to the Turluka, Kainadina and the Neviasta mounts. In the region of the settlement the construction is not dense - just a few family houses.
The residential complex comprises 6 two-storey family houses. The entrance road is in the east part and 6 parking lots are provided. The pedestrian access to the houses is on stone paths.The aim is the richer vegetation the better and the space betweeen the houses is refined with middle high and low plants, and where in the middle of the settlement a gully passes will be filled with water and built a wooden bridge. Each house will be with covered terrace. The whole terrain will be surrounded with short fence of hammered ironwork.

The house is with two floors and on the first floor are situated the living rooms and on the aecond the bedrooms. The living area consist of entrance, stairase, living room and dining area, kitchen fully furnished with built-in cupboards and appliances, double sink, fridge with freezer, hot-plates with gas and electric supply, absorber, oven, dish washerm washing machine and others. On the first floor there are also w.c, storage room and covered veranda.The second floor comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms with w.c. and one sauna room as well as terrace boat type.
